An Introduction to Food Services

The Sweet Home Central School District food service program is self-funded, offering a comprehensive school lunch program to all students in grades K-12. Based upon federal dietary guidelines, menus offered to students are nutritionally sound and offer a variety of popular foods designed to please varied palates. A la carte items are available for purchase daily.

Menus for school lunches are sent home with all elementary and middle school pupils.

Students meeting income eligibility requirements can receive a free or reduced priced lunch. Procedures are used to protect the privacy of students participating in the free and reduced-price program. Applications for the program are available by clicking the link to the right or calling 250-1446.

Food Services Goes Online
Sweet Home Central School District’s Food Service Department is now providing parents and staff members with a convenient, easy and secure online prepayment service.

The service enables parents and staff members to deposit money into school meal accounts at any time. This service also makes account balance information available for viewing through a web site called http://www.MyNutrikids.com. Because students have money available in their account prior to entering the cafeteria,  lunch lines move along much faster and students have more time to eat and be with friends.

Visit the link below to deposit money into your child's school meal account or to view your child's account balance on-line.
