The Sweet Home Central School District has a PTA/PTO Council to encourage the exchange of ideas among PTA/PTO units at the district’s schools. The PTA/PTO Council is comprised of the PTA/PTO presidents and Council delegates from each of the six district schools and officers elected from the previous year’s Council. This group coordinates various district projects and annually raises funds for scholarships to graduating Sweet Home seniors. The PTA/PTO Council also sponsors a Student Assistance Program, which aids students who require financial help.
